It is time, once again, to contend with Racism
According to the Darwin’s theory of evolution, animal has evolved following the natural selection. Darwin’s Origin of the Species taught that human evolution resulted from those whose genetics were most favorable to reproduction and survival. A creature has adjusted to environment and took place individual variation. Skin color, color of the pupil and other characteristics is naturally formed a group. Some group gained vested rights. It resulted in relative superiority. This is Racism. In other words, Racism is distinction of group with physical, historical features. The Racism derives from superiority and repulsion to other groups. Various races are scattered around the world because of discovery of the New World and development of technology. Then the Racism has become a social issue.
There are many history of race discrimination like Skinhead in England and Nazism in Germany. Especially race discrimination of United States is become a big issue globally after the Civil war. Also South Korea has a hard time of Racism entering a new phase like a multicultural society. And there are a number of similarities and differences between the United States …show more content…
The white people made an attempt to develop agriculture. They are used aborigines as a labor force. But Things didn’t go as they had wished. They rid the land of the Natives and got continent. Then they brought Black people as a slave from the Africa continent. The slaves were worked off their feet. Namely White people induced apartheid for effectively and economically control Black people. In 1863, the Slavery disappeared through the Emancipation Proclamation. But still later, further disruptions took place. Black people were banned from voting and did not be admitted basic human rights. So Civil Right Movement is started. And still, Almost White people is the upper class and the Black people is the lower
