SAFETY FIRST
A wonderful, yet wild place, Yellowstone has many dangers both hidden and overt. Each year a number of tourists are seriously injured and even killed in accidents that occur in and around the park. This is not Disneyland, the extraordinary natural features that keep Yellowstone such an alluring place can also make it perilous. The effort to provide a true wilderness experience lends to inherent dangers. Thus, common sense and extra precautions are always in order.

Automobiles: People and their vehicles are the biggest dangers in the park by far. Excessive speed and not paying attention cause the most injuries and deaths each year on the roads throughout the park. When driving, obey all road signs and pay attention to the road ahead. Use extra caution when walking near roads and in parking lots.

Do you know how it feels to be with the loved one, the person that makes you happy and secure by the fire warm? Cahn has done a good job putting his thoughts in this song saying that, even though there is a snow storm outside, and there is no place to go, as long as you’re with the person that you love it’s going to be fine. Cahn started with the first device, Personification. “Oh the weather outside is frightful…” (1;1), he uses personification here saying that there are too many snow piles outside and someone could get stuck, and it’s too scary to go out of the house because there might be an accident.…

Yellowstone National Park is current a calm landscape, but concealed beneath the surface is a supervolcano that brings destruction whenever it awakens. Scientists have been predicting it would take many centuries for Yellowstone to become an active volcano again, but now they’re cutting that time down to as little as a few decades. Over the last 2.1 million years, the Yellowstone Caldera has erupted three times, and geologists note that the majority of the park’s features like geysers and hot springs are thanks to the volcanic activity. The timeline for the volcano being active again is up for debate, but a study of Yellowstone Caldera in 2013 calmed some fears when it found the magma chamber under the park was about two and a half times larger…

If Yellowstone erupted it would be horrible because thousands of people would die, and the thing that it affects is the ash because it will be bad for you to breath that air. Also an other bad thing is that the ash is really heavy and it will the roof of the house will collapse as we saw in the the movie six inches or more of ash will make your roof collapse. Also almost half of million people died in the movie and at the end of the movie the Yellowstone volcano caused an ice age. I think if actually erupted less people would die because in the movie the specialist did not let the people know that it was going to erupt so it absolutely did not give them time to evacuate…
