I can remember a school presentation in which we learned about the dangers of texting and driving. At one point they showed a video with people that had caused damage to other people’s life’s by texting and driving. It was very sad to see such people suffer, and I hated to find out that a lot of the people that caused it, barely had any repercussions in comparison to drinking and driving. This is why texting and driving should be on par with drinking and driving. It causes just as much damage, yet people don’t take the repercussions seriously enough to stop them from doing it.
