The Dangers Of Sleep Deprivation

On the morning of an average weekday, I wake up at roughly the same time regardless of my class time and that is at least 7:00 A.M. My first class in not until 10 at the earliest, but I do normally love mornings. I do not usually need a nap unless I go to bed very late, or am catching up from a late night or early morning. In the evenings the time I go to bed depends drastically, though I usually try and to asleep by midnight. I have a rather bad habit on using my phone once I get into bed, which is probably dreadful for trying to sleep, but I am trying! That and staying away from things that will be stimulating like being on the computer, watching movies or listening to upbeat music. He is very active, and is often quite full of energy even late at night. He might go for a walk or want to take spontaneous Walmart runs even when its 3:00 A.M. He has gotten to where he sleeps very late in the day and stays up very late at night into the early morning. Even when he has to be up early the next day, he still stays up late because that is what his body is used to. He says that he gets too hyper when he sleeps a normal amount, so that is why he stays up. He does not seem overly motivated to change his behavior, especially since he has a way of making it work for him in a way where he has had minimum negative experiences to motivate change. In order to change his cycle of sleep, he would need to start by being consistent, and working his schedule around a more desirable sleep pattern. He is in a circular pattern of sleeping late because he stayed up late and staying up late because he slept late. He sometime stays awake till the wee hours of the morning because he is not tired, so in order to correct that he would need to have a set time to get up in the morning so he would be tired enough to sleep in the evening. He likes the peace of being outdoors at night, it is a time for him to wind down and be by himself before he goes to sleep. So to be able to get that sense of
