Have you ever thought about what’s in the lipstick you wear? Or how may it affect your mouth? Many lipsticks that have been put on market have been giving the media attention and is getting lawsuits. The FDA have found out many popular products that we use on a daily basic contains lead. The amount of lead found in the lipstick container is more than the amount allowed in a regular size candy bar. The FDA stated the lipstick can not cause any harm because the lipstick isn’t made to be digested. They also ignored the fact that kissing, eating, and drinking can cause an indigestion of the chemical. The chemical can be absorbed in the skin ounce it is applied, this causes many medications to be use as cream to absorb into the skin. Once something gets into the body and can’t be removed such as a skin disorder many dermatologist prescribe cream for the case. …show more content…

Some woman go for a more natural look and wear clear gloss, and younger kids around the ages 10-14 began to play with it when dressing up to play doll house.
