On one hand, I believe that fracking is not an appropriate way to access the natural gas beneath our feet. On the other hand, several scientists have said that fracking is showing promise in delivering us the natural gas. As discussed earlier, there are several drawbacks to fracking. Numerous are potentially hazardous and others are just annoying. Frankly, banning fracking would, in turn, cost the nation immensely. Although there are problems with this procedure, there is little to no evidence that major damage has been caused (Davis 177). In turn, no wide-spread damage or harm has been recorded and if there are any problems they are small compared to the number of wells (Davis 177). Fracking can continue with oversight, as directed
