The inconvenience comes, when your child is 8 years old and sick with meningitis or has a case of the measles, and you need to take time off work to care for your sick child. All of which could have most likely been prevented if you have vaccinated your child.
The article I chose to write this paper will go hand in hand with what I just said, it has to do with vaccination policies and schools in three states. California, West Virginia, and Mississippi, I know what you must be thinking, “How can those three states agree on anything?” It turns out there is something they agree on, the importance of vaccinations. As of June 25, 2015, in these three states, you can no longer cite religious or philosophical reasons as to why your child is not vaccinated before starting school for both elementary and secondary school, private or public. The only reason you can have as to why your child is not vaccinated is because of a medical condition. I.e., they have an allergy to the drug that is used to immune your child from having the measles. However, that does not mean your child does not have to receive the other vaccinations, it only means they do not need to receive the immunization for the measles. The article goes on to
