In today’s society, women and young are showing signs of unhealthy weight loss and dieting. There are no quick ways of losing weight. Losing weight is very tricky because your body sometimes can’t take it all. There is no being skinny, it’s all about making yourself feel good. Women especially have unhealthy and healthy ways of dealing with losing weight. There are more effective ways of weight loss without suffering from any illness. Ladies it’s not worth your physical or mental health to just lose a couple of pounds or trying to fit in the perfect dress/outfit.

Teenage girls are more at risk whether their trying to be like someone or just wants to be accepted. Women and young girls are starting to suffer with depression, low blood pressure, lack of energy, and an increase in stress. These are only half the risk, most of them are life-threatening issues. By writing this down you have it in your mind to meet it and you’re determined. Monitoring your goal each week or day will make you feel closer and closer to your goal. Even though you may cheat once or twice, having it written down we make you driven to meet it even if you fall off. One day you’re going to have sweet craving and you’re going to eat some cookies and instead of eating a few, you end up ending the whole pack.

Monitoring your weight is very important and once you’ve reached your weight goal, you can make as many goals your heart desire. It’s best if you have supportive friends and family cheering you on. Weight loss is serious business and it’s in your best interest to do it the healthy way. As you can see there is so many things that can go wrong with your body, health, and state of mind. Healthy is the best policy and should be your only policy. Once I started losing weight it surely made me feel better and I had a bunch of energy out of nowhere.
