Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion). I had over the recommended amount of mil for the day it says to have three glasses and I had four. After all of the food logging for one day, my diet did include an adequate variety of foods. Noticing that I seem to be overdoing some categories of foods, such as my dairy intake, I probably can take this intake down a notch. I can make sure to consume the recommended number of servings in the future, by paying closer attention to what surroundings I am in when consuming foods. I need to make sure that I am eating in a proper place if available, and perhaps can keep a copy of the food guidelines handy for easy reference.
When reviewing the sample profile for Kelly Watson, noticed that she does seem to be consuming what she needs according to her stature. My diet seems to be a bit lacking according to the sample, but not much off. I would say that as of right now both diets are pretty well adequate. I would say that I seem to be getting what I need in the way of nutrition. I would
