The Cyclops In Odysseus In Homer's Odyssey

Odysseus is a mighty warrior and leader of a small crew. HIm and his small crew ventured to an island that they haven't seen before where they meet a cyclops for the first time. Their encounter with the cyclops was very exciting and challenging, they were met with an organism that was a giant compared to them. Odysseus and his crew knew they could not physically beat him so they had to out smart him. Odysseus being as smart as he is, helped four of his men blind the cyclops so they could trick him into letting the crew escape. This shows that he is brave because of instead of letting his crew blind him he help out and did it with them.

After blinding the cyclops they waited till morning to set their plan to action. Their plan was to tie
