Child abuse is when a person, or most likely a parent, beats, punches, kicks, or shakes a child violently. Child abuse is a worldwide problem that has been around for a long time. The term, child abuse actually started in the 1970’s. Child abuse is always a cycle that goes on forever. Everyone has rights that apply to, unfortunately, only some people around the world.
Child abuse has several causes such as poor responses in stressful situations and feelings of powerlessness. Studies show most parents that abuse their children were mistreated as well when they were a child, which makes this situation almost like a cycle. It starts with one person and goes on forever., what goes around come around.
Not only is child abuse a worldwidewide world problem, but abuse, in general, is. Two thousand children die from being abused each year which equates toor one every four hours. Many effects can happen from being abused has a child such as, alcohol and drug use, cognitive impairment and developmental delays, delinquent, violent, and other risk-taking behaviours in the future. …show more content…

No human should have to go through pain like abuse. Child abuse has been around for a very long time, the term actually started in the 1970’s. Every child should be able to live their childhood filled with happiness and joy. Every human has rights. The most important to me of all is the right to be free from torture. I would like to find a solution for people who need help from this issue that has been going on for years. How can we make this world a child abuse free world.
