The Curious incident of the Dog in the Night- time was a good book, but it had many flaws. I personally didn't care for the language of the book where he would put in many words other phrases, that I, personally, did not like. I am not a fan of the British way of speaking. Mark Haddon clearly thought it was a good idea to put it into the book, and I can see why. I get that he is trying to emphasize the fact that Christopher is from Great Britain. But some parts of the book are completely interrupting, and out of place. I definitely could have lived without them. In this essay, I am going to be talking about how he should not have used certain phrases, and other things, that had nothing to do with the book and that really don't belong. I think
