In the story, “The Crucible”, there are many strong and meaningful quotes in the story.”The Crucible” takes place in Massachusetts Bay in 1692. The story is about the Salem witch trials and and how it affected the town and the people who lived there. It was a very crazed town at the time this was happening. In this essay I'm going to go over a few quotes that are strong or even changed the story in any way. Parris, the father of Abigail Williams, saw women in the forest dancing naked. This is a big part of the story and he tells his daughter about what he saw in the forest. “Aye, a dress.
