There be no blushes: Abigail Williams”. Through out the novel she lies to proctect her self from being called a liar also because after john had sex with her she fell in love and became obsessbwith John Proctor knowing that she is married. In her shamful act she caused alot of people to die in the salem witch trial. Her and all the girls that she had threaten if they wouldnt go for her plan. Many people say that because she is a little girl she did not know what she was doing. But in acctuality she knew exactly what she was doing so she can protcect her reputation. In the end she end up leaving knowing that she did wrong and was never seen again.

These people affected the hole salem witch trials. There situation were differnt, but there way of thinking was all the same. In my belief reputation is something you earn not something that magically get, so if you kinda put it in a way reputation can be very important but as my mother said “the truth will set you free” and that all they need in salem was the truth. Dont get me wrong its good to have a good reputation but it doesn 't determin who you are. For example i can be a dick on the outside but on the inside im loving and careing, basically what im say is dont make yourself reputation
