The Crew Short Story

It was just another day in Germany with my family and I. We were eating lunch one day and we received a telegraph from my boss, Hitler. The telegraph said top secret and contained information that could destroy the world. Hitler wanted me and a few other soldiers to work separately from him and the army and become secret service men. So, I left the dinner table and told “ The Crew” to meet at a diner in town. We meet up to discuss how we are going to get the weapon. I read from the telegraph in clear bold letter, “ BOMB”. I have no idea what kind of bomb it was, but we have to steal it. As we leave the diner, the plan is to set out at twelve p.m. sharp at the airstrip. I arrive at my house and go to my wife and tell her goodbye. She asked …show more content…
This time, we plan to kill everyone from the front doors all the way to the back. The crew terminates everyone and we make it to the back. Now, we decide we are getting in the warehouse from the top of the warehouse. We find an air vent and cut us a whole through it so we can climb through it. Inside the warehouse, we kill everyone and cannot find the bomb. Walking around the warehouse, the crew and I come across the bomb. The bomb is in clear sight and looks easy to retrieve. We make our way to the bomb the all of a sudden, all the crew goes to get the bomb and a gate comes up and traps them. I am the only one that was not captured by the gate. There all screaming for me to get them out and I am trying my best to. I start to look around for the switch to make the gate go down, but I cannot find it. I end up finding the lever after about a solid fifteen minutes, but one of the guards accidently broke it. Pulling this lever for dear life, I cannot get the crew free from the gate. I ask them if they are okay with staying in there and they said, “ Anything is okay with me for my country”. I am so proud of the crew for even saying this. So, I part ways from the crew and I make it to the truck. I leave the warehouse heading to the airstrip and make it back to Germany. Never did I think we were going to end u stealing the bomb. Like I said’ It was a plan that was set out for total

On April 23, 1980, the men took off in a high altitude plane from Langley, VA, but as they neared their jump point on April 24th, their pilot received a recall order stating Operation Eagle Claw was aborted and to return to base. So, the airplane with the men still aboard returned immediately to Langley, and they returned home to Montana with the hostages still in Iran. But, it wasn’t until April 26th while watching the evening news; they realized why the CIA canceled their mission because as the broadcast continued they discovered an RH-53 helicopter struck the vertical stabilizer of an EC-130’s with its main rotor and crashed into the plane’s wing and the ensuing explosion killed eight servicemen. An investigator from the local bomb squad confirmed that it was a pipe bomb. The investigator defused the bomb and filed a report. Theodore Kaczynski came to our attention in 1978 with the explosion of his first homemade bomb at a Chicago university. His antics continued sporadically for the next seventeen years. Along the way, he sowed fear and panic, even threatening to blow up airliners in flight (FBI, 2015). Where it all began The Unabomber case began on May 25, 1978, when a Northwestern University professor became suspicious of a parcel that had been returned to him by the postal service but that he had never mailed.…

It was not possible for the railway company to have given notice in which a particular manner in which an accident would occur. This would have been different however if the railroad employee say intentionally threw down the package near Ms. Palsgraf with the direct intention of causing harm.…

On August 6, 1945 at 2:45 a.m. a United States Air Force propeller-driven, four-engine Boeing B-29 aircraft lifted off from the unassuming island of Tinian in the Northern Mariana Islands. The plotted course of the aircraft that we now know infamously as the Enola Gay was due north with instructions to drop its contents. Inside, as was customary for a Boeing Super Fortress, was a bomb. However, unlike the bombs that the U.S. Air Force had scorched Japan for roughly a year with during World War II, this bomb was not filled with the standard incendiaries.…

I think that a bomb caused the Tunguska Explosion, because there is no way a meteorite could have caused it and not left an indention. The Tunguska Explosion happened on the morning of June 30, 1908, at 7:17 A.M. (Yeomans). It occurred in the area of Stony Tunguska River near Siberia, Russia. Even though the explosion occurred on June 30, the first report of the explosion was on July 2. If the explosion was as big as the witnesses say it was, I don’t see how people didn’t know about it.…
