Since starting my freshman year at atrisco heritage academy I have felt so lost In life and its so hard to wrap my head around how fast life is continuously changing. In the mist of ocean waves slamming into the shores my my denstiny there has been one certain pationn in my life and these is my love of all living creatures.once while visiting my grand father who has now passed away. In his wide open ranch, a place that as a child seemed to be as endless as the sea lived many cattle. There was a celebration to be had and every good celebration needs plentiful food I heard my grandmother speaking to my mother on how they are going to kill a cow. I eagerly wanted to see my grandmother warned me to stay away that you won't want to know where your precious burgers truly come from. …show more content…
I gribted onto my mothers arm looking up I saw a look of anguished on her wrinkled face then looked back at the cows starting intently at his glistening eyes I felt as if he know exactly what was about to happen that he was about to take his last breathe, as I hold in mine I hear the loud bang of the gun smack up against me penitartinv my ears. I closed my every so hard that the hurt and I finally regalara them that I saw horrified me the cow screaming begging pleading. His once indecent eyes fill with blood and as red as the deepest parts of hell. His front legs trembling he falls to his knees but he conotuies to breath gulps of air. Sudently another loud bang breaks the tension and this strong creature falls nose first onto the blood coted dirt, the every same ground and dust that his fellow brothers and sitter have fallen onto. With tears in my eye I run all the way to were my grabdmother was shaking her head she tells me I told you
