There are also children and young adults who are High Needs Student in school who have other issues, which can lead to delinquent behavior. Crime statics have shown that academic achievement can play an important role when it comes to juveniles in the criminal Justice system. Many of the juveniles that are either in a correctional institution or in a program for juveniles because of their behavior have dropped out of school due to having difficulty with learning. Also, A student with an undiagnosed with a learning disability could have devastating outcome that could cause the student to be an underachiever in the classroom. . Unfortunately, delinquency is expected to build up progressively as the child grows older, this is evident by the increase in students disciplined, school suspension and the drop out rate of students attending the high school in the south quatrain. Statistics show that out of the 1410 of all students, 307 students were disciplined and 17.1 % of received in school suspension and 11.3 of the students received out-of school suspension. Also, out of the total 1410 students, 3 14 of the students had learning debilities and 1,267 of the students were catictorized had high needs students in which 36 of the students had dropped out of school and overall 44 of the total school population had dropped out of school.
