Teachers can now become more than just someone cramming knowledge into kids brains. They become a sort of coach and mentor to their kids. They can help them learn how to get through life and they don’t have to be there every step of the way. Students are presented with an opportunity to figure things out by themselves and make mistakes to grow from them. Computers are very easy to learn how to control and use to their full potential. They can help satisfy students with different learning styles than others. As soon as children leave school, they will have to be acquainted with the world of technology. For example, what if people stop handwriting altogether. Then what would happen if for some reason they had no access to technology? They would be in a sticky situation. Also, people would be relying heavily on calculators to do their math for them. But when they need to apply their math skills outside of school where they do not have a calculator handy, they would be at a loss. Many different universities have given us statistics that prove the use of technology is beneficial.
