In our busy world today, we find ourselves doing more and more things that are unsafe while we are driving. We find ourselves getting more and more distracted by technology. We are texting while driving, talking on the phone while driving, and looking down to change the radio station. These things are being addressed in the media and even laws are being put in place in some states to deter people from engaging in such activities. What we don’t find is laws or testing for drowsy driving. In the age where most people are getting less sleep at night because of a multiple of reasons, there is no test to show that a person is driving incapacitated.
