Bullying has been an questionable issue in schools and online for decades, and it happens to everyone one way or another. Bullying can be done in many different ways, whether it be physical with hitting, pushing, and fighting. Or vocally and overt, name-calling and spreading rumors. Though it may be a serious issue, should the bullies be charged for their ways? Hence, this issue being controversal. When the issue at hand becomes so pressed that the person who is being bullied threatens their own lives, or the bully is stalking or assulting them- it should be taken into legal matters.
