61% of rape victims are raped before the age of 18. Research indicates that 46% of women who are raped are victims of family members. I believe that if a woman was raped by a stranger or a family member and became pregnant from the horrible incident, they should not have to be burdened by the memory of the rapist by having a “rapist child”. Women already have to deal with the emotional and physical damage of being raped. It wouldn’t be fair to add a child to the problem. Someone else’s will should not be imposed upon a woman's body.
