Coca-Cola used people of many different cultures that are found in the United States. For example, they used people of Mexican descent, people of African descent, as well as people of Caucasian descent. This helps establish a sense of unity in the ad, as well as the country. Coca-Cola is trying to use the people to show that America is a melting pot, and that is something to be proud of. Since America is a melting pot, everyone is welcomed to try a Coca-Cola product; there are no exclusions. Additionally, Coca-Cola uses the native languages of each of these cultures in the singing of “America the Beautiful.” This is powerful because it shows that people who descend from other countries can still uses their native language as well as their culture in the United States with acceptance. Even though many people hated that aspect, Coca-Cola showed that they believe that the United States is beautiful because of all the differences that make up the country, so everyone, no matter who you are, are allowed to drink a Coca-Cola
