The contribution of value that I am adding and participating to my CPO is that MetalMan are not consistently creating marketing activities and some of these activities are not efficient or effective for the organisation. With my availability and services coming to MetalMan, I will be able to give them more options, opportunities to provide my attributes, knowledge and skills that I have obtained from Auckland University of Technology. With my knowledge I am able to assist them with the right insight to develop successful marketing activities to operate efficiently and effectively. This required to back track previous marketing activities and analyse how we could improve future advertisement campaigns. Majority of my conduction was to apply Keller 2008 throughout my assigned and delegated projects for MetalMan. In this project I had to launch the awareness of the brand nationally, which in this case a lot of time investment was required from my contributuion in order for the brand to be recognised and acknowledge. This was done by brain storing on the potentiality to build close consumer relationship to provide quality service to our consumers and to have a connection with the organisation. The personal attributes that I have given and which I believe I have contributed to my COP is that, I am fully committed myself to learn and understand the process and principles of how the business works, focused to impress my work colleagues, leave a positive attitude and satisfy all supervisors by completing the delegated task to me on time or before their due dates. The second project required me to start a competition campaign between schools, colleges and universities around the Auckland region. This was to promote the new logo design for MetalMan. Israel Dagg is the new ambassador and major sponsor for MetalMan, we have used Israel Dagg to promote the recognition and existence of MetalMan in New Zealand as MetalMan have six branches nationwide. The winner of the competition would basically win a signed rugby ball and All Blacks jersey from Israel Dagg. This would be classified as sponsorship ads, this would be the most related theory for this particular task.
