1. Introduction

“The consul” personality is based on being popular without believing too much in you only. They care about the other people and let them give their opinions even if they know it is not the right one. These persons can become leaders from their own groups of friends and even leading their teams forward to victory and fame.

2. Strengths & Weaknesses

They enjoy making sure that those who are close to them are well cared for. This personality type has a strong sense of responsibility and strives to meet their obligations. In addition, they have a strong need to “belong”, and have no problem with small talk or following social cues in order to help them take an active role in their communities.

3. Friendships

ESFJ are very social personality types, doing everything they can to make sure their friends are happy; they have a tendency to believe that their friends can do no wrong. Their energy and social intelligence win them many acquaintances and friends, and their support and dedication keep those friendships close and strong.

Career Paths

Consul personality types are excellent providers of medical care and social work. Teaching is another great opinion, as Consuls are comfortable with authority, but are supportive and friendly enough to keep the authority from feeling overbearing. Consuls’ best careers all have the additional benefit of providing them with perhaps their most important requirement: to feel appreciated and know they have helped someone.
