Those who command and are independent from the herd run into the problem of also lacking like the herd and they secretly suffer from this. They would try to cover this up by protecting themselves from their bad consciences and suffering. They will try to trick themselves that they too are part of the herd and must also obey. They would come up with the idea that they are the executors and to make sure that the rules are being followed. The objective man is like a mirror. This is because he just submits to whatever he wants to know. He finds no pleasure in this as he, like a mirror can only reflect this knowledge. He just is trying to find the facts and knowledge found in the real world. He is just trying to see things as they are and is genuine in trying to do this. It is important that he does not let his human feelings and emotions get in the way of what he is trying to learn. He waits for even the light and quick passing things that could be lost. He does not want to miss anything going on in the world around him. I agree that an objective man can be compared to a mirror. I think they try to just reflect what they are trying to understand. They still may not fully understand all that they are looking when trying to be objective. They are not able to get that deep with this method of acting like a mirror yet they are still useful. These mediocre men are the future and the only survivors. The need to become mediocre and be like them is the only thing that makes sense to those that are listening. They want others to be mediocre and have the tendency of bringing those above them down. This can be appealing to some. The mediocre play a role in society and the way they go about things. It would not work well in a society that thought that everyone was the greatest and unwilling to do anything because of this. I think that this can be supported by the idea that it is easier to be average or mediocre than being great. It takes less resources and efforts to be mediocre and they do not have to do as much. I also think that most people are average and are fine with their lives and this is why the mediocre are the future. They do not have to prove themselves like the great people, who are attached for this. I think this follows the idea of the herd as everyone is the same and are just looking for someone to obey. It is easy for the herd to survive and to keep things going. I agree that mediocre are the future and have the greatest chance of continuing their type. They will always be present in society and should not be looked down on for being
