Did you know that in 2013, 21% of high school athletes admitted to have once tried steroids? People that are struggling with use of steroids has spread enormously in athletes and other people. The steroids not only give the person an unfair advantage, but they also will cause many different kinds of problems for the user. Steroids can seem necessary to compete at the highest levels, and the quick rewards can outweigh the long term consequences to the user's health. Now days, steroids are everywhere in sports and training. Do think that the gain is worth the risk?

My plan is to persuade you to never even think of using steroids because I personally believe that the gain is not worth taking the risk. For a competitive athlete who will go on to make a lot of money from being the biggest, best, and the strongest, I could see why someone would take the chance and use them, but for normal everyday people like us, not so much.
I thought that maybe by showing you just some of the side effects of using illegal growth steroids, you will not ever want to try and use them. I don’t see why you would want to look bigger and have bigger muscles so bad that you would risk having HIV, AIDS, heart attacks, strokes, or anything like that for something you could do on your own with just some willpower and hard work.
My plan is a practical one because it’s not something that you’d have to go out of your way to do or anything, just simply do not use them. Simple as
