As a male I strongly am against gender discrimination because I believe that everyone is equal, we’re all humans. Gender inequality would not be considered such a bad issue if it did not create such a huge impact on women. Jobs, discrimination at the workplace, financial issues, lack of rights in some countries, domestic violence, limited access to education and a small window of opportunities in building a career are all the results of gender inequality.Women may quit work due to gender discrimination Which can cause them stress, and the lack of money they get compared to men. In the United States, there are a lot of openings for females to play sports, many countries don 't offer much opportunities for women whereas some countries don 't offer any sports at all. …show more content…
“Despite progress in recent years, girls continue to suffer severe disadvantage and exclusion in education systems throughout their lives. An estimated 31 million girls of primary school age and 32 million girls of lower secondary school age were out of school in 2013.” (2015) In this article it, mentions that females don’t get treated equally and it caused some of them to leave school. I remember in elementary school teachers said that you should feel safe in school. Females might get stressed out if people say they 're not good enough. that could make them get lower grades. Countries should make public schools for everyone most do but “In West and Central Africa, more than 40 percent of secondary school-aged girls are not in school.”(2015) In this article it reveals females don 't want to go to school because of the way they are being treated. like, values, behaviours and traditions that limit their opportunities, gender based violence in schools, child marriage, distance to school and safety concerns and lack of private sanitary
