The first step to ending child poverty would be to spread awareness of it. People do not realize how much child poverty is affecting the world. They may be too caught up on the smaller issues when this issue is easily spiraling out of control. I would spread awareness of child poverty by talking to the youth about it. They can make a difference even though they are young. I would show the consequences of child poverty and even though they would be unpleasant, they would be the truth and show what is really going on. You cannot do anything about an issue until people know about it and are willing to help.
