In other words, no one could avoid stereotype threat. Everyone would have a social identity or a few social identities that could be defined as group members in categories, such as age, gender, religion, ethnicity, and values. Stereotype threat is a standard predicament of life, which often based on misconceptions, incomplete information or false generalizations. Every identity could create stereotype that would automatically set up a frame and limit your behaviors. For example, the instructor can divide the class into groups and give each group a topic when having discussion class, but not to keep them in the same group all the time. It can increase students’ participation and help them to integrate and interact with one another. Besides, the instructor can assign some group assignments to students that can help them to familiar with one another and with less embarrassed to share a group’s answer than their own. Moreover, the instructor can give them worksheets, activities in the lecture that makes student busy and involved, in which the instructor can move from student to student, correcting or providing feedback instead of using the traditional strategy like the instructor keep talking at the front of the room and students doze on their seats. The instructor should also allow anonymous questions that probably can raise students’ desire to participate in class because some of the students maybe shy to speak up or due to specific sensitive discussion topics, and if forcing them to speak up in class that would have negative influence and feel uncomfortable to
