As the most important meal of the day, consuming enough nutrient helps to refuel our bodies a lot. Since I like to have cereal in the morning because it is fast, easy, and inexpensive, choosing the one that with more fiber and relatively high in protein is important. Adding fruits into the cereal is also one of the great options to increase nutritional value. On the second day, I chose a hot chocolate and a nonfat yogurt that was topped with crunchy granola and contained berries in it to be my breakfast. Even though there was a boost of nutrient, I would still change the hot chocolate into a fruit juice to have an even more balanced and healthy breakfast.
