Romo’s process. Not everyone can just receive Dr. Romo’s surgery. He hand picks each of his patients through an extensive selection process which determines whether that person needs the surgery or not. For example, Donovan Killgallon, a 16 year old high schooler from Wisconsin, applied for the Little Baby Face Foundation after being made fun of for his small chin. And after much thought Dr. Romo did not accept Donovan to be eligible to receive the surgery because Donovan's complaints about his looks were determined to be too cosmetic.
