Animals are without their own voices making their point of view difficult to understand and allowing for owners to not take responsibility for their harmful actions. This could be explained in the situations that we use animals for food. In some farms, before animals are butchered, they are mistreated to a point that is inhumane causing their ends to be painful and full of misery. Have their limbs broken, bodies torn and to live in overcrowded areas does not support the perpetrators opinion that doing this keeps them in line. Moral Truth applies to this in that we should treat all animals the same as we treat other human beings to better their own lives as we try to do to our own. Giving animals the ability to live independent and with nature as opposed to suffering in cages allows for them to has lives that are happier. For owners of animals, forcing them to wear uncomfortable clothing, makeup and other body designs hinders them from being able to live freely and can cause harm to their bodies as well. For farm and wild animals which are a main source of food consumption, there should be regulations set in place that protect animals before they are butchered. This is said because we would not want to have the same kind of harm done to ourselves if we were in their place, so there should not be harm done to them before they are killed. Another regulation should be that we increase the amount of care and sensitivity given to animals before death, ensuring that they are ended peacefully and without pain in the process. By protecting their own rights as well, we are promoting better, ethical uses for other living
