I believe that the most challenging HR issue today is the compliance issue of Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity. Discrimination against women is perhaps most common in the workforce. Of 31,184 management-level employees, 5,278 (16.9 percent) were minorities (Reference, 2016). The results of bias can included management revenue, high worker turnover, low morale, reduced productivity, and etc,. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) laws forbids specific type of job discrimination in certain work settings. This bias can come in the form of sexual harassment, restraining advancements based on nature, awarding a different work title to a woman, and stopping female from engaging in training
