The communication style self-assessment scores a person based on aggressive, passive aggressive, passive, and assertive communication styles. After completing the assessment, my highest score was an eighteen and the communication style was assertive. The second highest score was a fourteen and the communication style was aggressive. After reading my results and reviewing the categories, I was surprised that aggressive was the second highest communication style. Personally, I feel that I am a good listener and I take other people’s ideas and opinions seriously. I thought my second highest communication style would be passive rather than aggressive, but passive scored third highest at eleven. After reviewing my scores, I feel that assertive
