This is why I choose this non- communicable disease. I choose diabetes. My father was diagnosis with diabetes. My father has type 2 diabetes. I choose this non- communicable disease because I already understand and know a lot things about diabetes. Since my dad had diabetes I usually take care of him. He is health he lives his life normally but I usually give him his medication and tell him what to eat because he really need a proper diet to stay healthy. That is why I choose this non-communicable disease. This is a description of diabetes and it symptoms. There are 2 types of diabetes. There is 1 type diabetes in type 1 diabetes, it makes the body 's immunity system eliminates the cells that provides insulin, and finally it eliminates the insulin making from the body. Diabetes is not something you can just get rid of but there is certain thing you have to do to control your diabetes. One thing is physical activity you need to exercise. Excising is a very good way to help control your blood sugars for someone with type 2 diabetes. Another thing is nutrition it is very important if you have 1 or 2 type diabetes you have to be aware of what you are eating your diet is really important. The last thing is medication your medication is important your diet and exercising are very important but your medication helps you to control your blood glucose levels. For example for people with type 1 diabetes need to take insulin and few with type 2 diabetes take insulin depending on their condition and what their doctors prescribed for them. Insulin helps you to control diabetes. Also there are many different medication depending on your condition like pills but only your doctor can tell you what type of medications you can take.
