Liked i stated earlier some killers are just born crazy and some are just screwed up due to their environment and the way they were raised. No excuses though these people ruined people 's lives, took lives, and had no remorse about it they all got what they deserved in some type of way if they were executed or if they themselves got murdered they deserved it and that is just my own opinion about them, but the fact is some people out in the world are very dangerous and their environments aren 't very different either. The world can be a very dangerous
