Measuring the different climates there are many different tools that are used. The Koppen Climate Classification is the most widely used tool to classify different climates in the world (Pidwirny, 2011). Overall, there are five major climate categories; Tropical Moist Climates, Dry Climates, Moist Mid-latitude Climates with Mild Winters, Moist Mid-latitude Climates with Cold Winters, and Polar Climates. The climates are not perfect and human-beings are not helping the issue. We are distributing to the factor by burning fossil fuels, vehicle emissions having an effect on global temperature, and we are not doing anything to stop these consequences. Global warming is a topic that most scientists are arguing about. Does the world have global warming or is it a just a theory? According to the Union of Concerned Scientists global warming is anything but a theory. They stated that “… in a 1995 report that the observed increase in global average temperature over the last century…” (Union of Concerned Scientists, n.d.). The global average temperature cannot just change without something affecting it. There is evidence “…[that] suggests… there is a discernible human influence on global climate” (Union of Concerned Scientists, n.d.). Burning fossil fuels and vehicle emissions have a negative effect on the global temperature. “Fossil fuels are the largest greenhouse gas emitters in the world, contributing 3/4 of all carbon, methane, and other greenhouse emissions” (GreenEnergyChoice,…
