The Claw Machine: A Short Story

Improved Essays
Have we ever thought to ourselves, wow I got so lucky there, or this is my lucky day because I just got Bob the Minion from the Claw Machine. Some days we may be lucky enough to find a penny on the ground, but one day I happened to come across a 100 dollar bill blowing in the wind. On this day, I got more than 100 dollars, I got a life lesson I will always remember. It was a warm sunny day in Bahamas, Atlantis. My family and I had gone down to the water park that was outside our hotel. We had been riding rides all day, when my brother and I started getting hungry. While he kept riding the rides I went over to my mom and started talking to her about what we were going to eat for lunch. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, my mom screams in terror.
