Everyone knows me as the 16th president of the United States, but what people didn’t know was that I studied war strategies in order to become a successful Commender and Chief to the United States Military. I also consulted with my trusted war adversaries in order to insure that I was making the right decisions for Americans. The Civil War started because of uncompromising differences between the free and slave states, over the power of the national government to forbid slavery in the territories that had not yet become states. After I won the election as the first Republican president on a platform pledging to keep slavery out of the territories, seven slave states in the deep South left and formed a new nation. After that we had a civil war. During the Civil War, I did not receive much respect as a military leader; I wanted that to change. I became a student of military tactics and eventually became master of military strategy. How did I accomplish this, you ask? I did this by throughly studying the art of war in order to grasp better knowledge on war tactics. Which allowed me to be considered one of the greatest natural strategist. However, studying war strategy was no where near as difficult, as applying them to real wartime strategy. It was really hard for me as a Commander in Chief. As the commander-in-chief, I would exercised the highest authority over the American military. I would use an old method to help me educate myself and began to feed on knowledge.…
