The Smoking Assignment
This case comes up over and over again, yet nothing is being done. The Cigarette has kills about 400,000 people each year. Companies have been selling tobacco since the 19th century. Back then, people didn’t know the consequences of smoking till the 1960s.
Doctors realized the consequences and filed a case against The Cigarette, and stricter regulations have been put on The Cigarette. Since people have the choice to smoke, The Cigarette can still kill many people every day (Tobacco Control).
As for my stand, The Cigarette should be charged. The government should make stricter bans on the use of cigarettes. The reason each person died was because of the chemicals in nicotine and tobacco. During 2014, nearly 264 billion
