The right person in the right job , within the profile to function , to be the right person , depends on many things that can be , Like the job that you have , have the "gift " to the thing or even train thoroughly , doing various courses to gain the necessary qualifications to do the job correctly and with quality.

Being professional is fulfilling the responsibilities , needs and skills that the profession requires. professionalism is " the conduct , aims , or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or a professional. " . These qualities are the foundation that our society uses to calculate whether a person is acting properly in the workplace . Employees who have high standards of professionalism are often identified with being more reliable than their coworkers , therefore professional employees that are considered leaders in their company and have more credibility in their work environment and focus on the work to avoid unnecessary distractions , allow them to contribute more to the company and are perceived as being relevant and valuable to the company , Imply promotions and salary increases. Professionalism makes the work environment more comfortable with employees and customers , as professional employees focus on work rather than personal issues and have got a strong sense of ethics , which is crucial to managing a successful company and to avoid legal problems . No matter what your position or title , You can always show professionalism at work . The elements of professionalism are the same whether you are the president of a company , an administrative assistant , a factory worker or an auxiliary cleaning . Ethics and professionalism individual roles highly respected , but each aim to improve interpersonal relationships . A good communication is essential but on the other hand , the confidentiality can be further better . Being able to talk openly with the manager about a problem , whether at work or in personal life of each one and the whole office doesn't get to know , brings trust among coworkers . The lack of professionalism can be in relation to customers and / or in relation to leadership , the company with disrespect , rude , grumpy , rude , antipathy , disorganization , delays , etc. . Some people forget something obvious that doesn't need to be mentioned , During working hours , You must work , instead of resolving personal issues , some use much of their eight hours of work to deal with personal matters or even for entertainment
