In technical terms the actual definition of work ethic is the principle that hard work is intrinsically or worthy of reward according to google. Work ethic incorporates not just how one feels about their occupation, profession or livelihood, additionally how one does his/her job or obligations. This includes demeanor, conduct, regard, correspondence, and communication; how one coexists with others. Attitude toward a job determines a work ethic whether it is good or bad. Ethics are the concerns of what is moral in a certain situation. How to carry on with a moral life, rights and obligations, good and bad dialect, what is considered right and wrong. A bad work ethic can be determined by how a person’s actions, emotions, and morals are in a work force. Someone who is lazy, late, and inconsiderate can be considered to have a bad work ethic. If a person is not working hard or does not do good work it could be caused by a bad work ethic. Lack of motivation, being on social media during work, and procrastinating on assignments are indeed characteristics of a bad work ethic. A bad work ethic can stem from bad habits or from the lack of being taught how to work hard. Anyone can achieve a good work ethic if they are determined to work hard to achieve a goal. Being professional is such a general classification that it essentially includes the various components of solid hard working attitudes. A person may show effortlessness under weight, no matter how tight the due date or hard the situation is, the person can generally stay balanced and strategic. A person will not stop until the work is done, and done right. Doing a job to where it is Adequate is sufficiently bad for work ethic. Doing a job remarkable in all that is done is good work ethic.
