Giza pyramids
Giza pyramids are found in Egypt. They were built during the Old Kingdom period. They are monumental tombs. The first pyramid was constructed in 2550 B.C., and it is known as the Great Pyramid. It was under King Khufu’s time that it was built. This pyramid one hundred and forty-seven meters tall and above the plateau. Stones were used to building the Great Pyramid. Pharaoh Khafre was then the second king who supported the development of the pyramids at Giza. He supported the efforts to build the second pyramid, known as circa in 2520 B.C. Pharaoh Khafre was followed the steps of his father, Pharaoh Khufu.
