Over the course of my career I have worked with clients from diverse professional and educational backgrounds such as university law professors, high school administrators, auto mechanics and single mothers just a few years out of high school to name a few. It is essential to quickly and accurately discern the appropriate communication methods, level of detail and tone needed to effectively communicate to each client to ensure complete understanding of each step in the transaction. To complicate matters, a number of professional services are engaged during the course of the transaction such as; inspectors; appraisers; contractors; attorneys; loan officers and title underwriters. Each of these professionals require different communication methods and are looking for different information and it is my responsibility, as a broker, to ensure all parties have the necessary information to complete the transaction
