The values of the world are changing and with recent years and prices, the importance of an acceptable income has intensified. In February of 2017 it was calculated that 123.61 million Americans hold full-time jobs. The International Labour Organization Global Employment Trends of 2011 stated that 3 billion people are employed out of the worlds population of 7 billion ("Global employment: What is the world employment rate?"). By implementing Europe's rules of work, we get closer to solving the work life imbalance. If the U.S.A. Placed limits on technology and working from home, such as not being able to send emails or texts to coworkers, bosses, and employees after a certain hour, you free up time to spend with your family. If you place limits on technology, which also determines the amount of work available, then you also are allowing people more leisure time and sleep, making them healthier. Only working in the office leaves stress at the office rather than bringing it home. Leaving work at the office draws your mind from achieving perfection and instead giving it your all for that
