The diet is the Homo sapiens at first was mostly vegetables, animal flesh, and raw meat, then over time it was more cooked meat and vegetables which was food that they had to go and hunt for. In the past homo sapiens didn’t have the food we have today that’s easy to chew. They had more jaw muscles to chew and a bigger digestive system, in case some of the food was really tough and hard to digest. When they would eat raw meat the meat didn’t give them that much energy, and it took more energy to digest it. When they ate the raw meat it didn’t give them that much energy. So when they started cooking their meat it started helping a lot’ the heat would get rid of some of the diseases’ they would receive more energy from it’ and it took less energy to digest it. The cooked meat is easier to eat because the protein molecules in raw meat are twisted in coils which are held together by bonds. When meat is heated the bonds break and the protein molecule unwinds. So your teeth can chew it better and it can be digested faster and
