Rosa was sitting on a bus bench in Alabama, she was supposed to get up and move to the back, and Rosa decided to stay seated and sit where white people were supposed to sit. Rosa had a few officers come back there and they asked her to stand up and put her hands behind her back, and out of courtesy Rosa did as asked, and they took her down the the police station, and when they took her mug shot, she looked just as innocent as can be. Rosa had practiced being a public speaker and she soon spole to the future and began a protest, eventually her challenge was complete, and she won. Rosa’s kind would finally be set free and ride a bus and sit wherever she wanted, and she could let children in school ride a bus and go to the same school. Rosa is a very thoughtful and courageous woman. She was not at all nervous to speak to the public. Rosa and her group all practiced to up until that moment, speaking out loud, the bus incident, and even standing up for other people of her kind. Rosa had a hard time at first speaking aloud. Rosa helped so many people as for what she said in her speech, a lady, named A’lelia Bundles, had once said “What Rosa Parks did, changed my life.” For that Rosa has also inspired many people to stand up for what is right. Rosa had many people standing up for her, because she was making the right decision. Another lady inspired by Rosa, was Mia Bay. Mia Bay once said “You don’t have to be a loud person to make a huge impact.” As you can tell Rosa didn’t even have the nerve to be frightened, because she had so many people standing beside her the whole journey.
Rosa Parks was a very important to history, but what she went through, no one could forget something so horrible about the way that they were getting treated. Rosa inspired thousands of people to never back down, and to stand up for what they think is right, and even when people get in your way, just bull doze them over, because nothing can stand in their way. Rosa freed over a 1,000 people from being treated unequal. Making a impact on history, deserves to be trophied.
