In addition, a proper management of disabilities is crucial to achieving the success of the operation. Furthermore, advertisements of employment should be published in print, on the radio, and on the internet to be available to disabled people. The selection criteria shouldn’t prevent them from being employed in the organization. Besides, tests to select them, have to be proper. As well, it is vital to inform new disabled employees with work instructions, health and safety procedures, job rules, operation's description, and etc. Alternative communication techniques help managers, supervisors, and employees to communicate with their colleagues who have a difficulty in speaking, hearing, or understanding verbal languages (ILO, 2002).

Additionally, it is crucial to provide disabled people with work trails that are important to measure their capabilities and to provide them with valuable work experiences which increase their subsequent employability. As well, information about promotional

The hospitality industry refers to a wide variety of service industries including tourism casinos, food service, and hotels (Blomme et al., 2010). Diversity has increased than ever before in the hospitality industry. In addition, the hospitality industry has people from many ethnic backgrounds (Gamio & Sneed, 1992). Mkono (2010); Devine et al. (2007); Madera (2013) stated that in many countries in the world, the hospitality industry has become a more diverse in ethnicities, cultures, and demographics.

Besides, Singal (2014) stated that DM in the workplace is necessary for service industries, such as hospitality and tourism more than other industries. In recent years, DM is an important topic for hospitality researchers (Manoharan et al., 2014). Managing age is necessary to satisfy workers in foodservice operations (DeMicco & Reid, 1988).
