On the morning of November 22, 1963, American history would never be the same. John F Kennedy was the victim of a brutal assassination that left many heartbroken and confused. He was one of America’s most charismatic presidents and the act shocked a nation along with its people. The assassination itself is arguably one the most controversial events to take place in American history. The debate that surrounds the assassination involves many theories including the official Warren Commission reports, to the not so official conspiracies theories. Examining the supportive evidence, contradictions, and eye witness accounts, some believe Kennedy’s assassination has yet to be fully explained. On June, 4 1963, President Kennedy signed Executive order 11110. This order essentially gave the Secretary of the Treasury to issue silver certificates. Its purpose was to reduce the amount of silver being used in mint coins. However, conspiracy theorist claim that this order gave the treasury a staggering amount of power over the Federal Reserve. It is said that the Federal Reserve Bank was shadowed by an international banking cartel. A Boogie man that hides behind the scenes to secretly control and manipulate the government. The amount of wealth maintained by the Federal Reserve gave of course would give them the power to pull the hit on President Kennedy. It would also be even easier to cover it up. It was a terrible act that fundamentally changed Americas Domestic and international policies. More than a half century later, the majority of Americans believe that there is more to President Kennedy’s death than meets the eye. So who really killed President Kennedy and for what reasons? Some believe the conspiracy that Kennedy was involved with Mafia, which ultimately lead to his demise. Others believe that the CIA was the direct cause, both theories hold rational and plausible arguments to affirm the truth. Maybe Lee Harvey Oswald was a lone wolf that acted out of his own insanity. Regardless of what anybody may believe, the unfortunate truth is there has never been any real justice. Before any trial could occur the main suspect was murdered preventing any further investigations. The Warren Commission, the one institution that had the opportunity to solve this puzzle, simply didn’t.
