When sufficiently stressed - such as during a panic attack - Allison’s muscles tense up to the point of causing her pain. In rubbing her neck, shoulders, and back I can feel how tense and knotted up her muscles are.
When suffering from a panic attack or heightened anxiety Allison pours sweat. She often has to change clothing multiple times a day when her clothing gets saturated in sweat.
She also gets light-headed when she experiences sufficient levels of anxiety. When this happens Allison must either sit down or brace herself against something/someone.

When walking down an unfamiliar street, especially at night, it can be hard to carry on a conversation with her because she focuses so much on making sure that nothing in the nearby is dangerous - despite having trusted friend(s) with her who know the route being taken.
Allison has trouble both getting to sleep and generally wakes up at least every 90 minutes. Allison frequently wakes me up pacing around at night and checking the locks on the doors.

In times of heightened stress, Allison has expressed feelings of wanting to end her life. The day Allison found out she has emphysema, she told me that she “just wanted to die”. Similar events have transpired at other points in time like when waiting for results of cancer screenings or when Allison does not feel that she has the financial means to pay her bills for the month.

Physical exertion leaves Allison wheezing and gasping for breath due to emphysema. Early in the morning and later in the evening she wheezes to the extent that I can hear it from several feet away. Allison cannot dust the house at all without it clearly having a negative effect on her breathing. Vacuuming while Allison is in the room also leads to her having respiratory
